My husband and I were trying to navigate the overwhelming health insurance market and all of our options as we had both recently become self-employed. Mitch graciously offered to meet with us over Zoom to discuss all of our options. He fielded all of our questions and concerns with patience and expertise and also introduced us to a few options that were new to us. He did all of this knowing that we were not located in a state where he could personally benefit from the interaction. He was a great help and overall just a great human.
